Les équipes de la VPI organisent régulièrement des événements afin de favoriser le partage d’expériences sur des aventures entrepreneuriales ou sur les projets les plus innovants. Elles permettent avant tout le réseautage entre le milieu académique (étudiants, chercheurs et professeurs) et le milieu économique (entrepreneuriat, start-up et entreprises).

Evénements pour l’industrie et les investisseurs

FORWARD, l’événement annuel organisé par l’Unité PME de VPI, dédié aux PME sur un sujet technologique. Revivez l’édition 2018 sur le thème de la digitalisation et réservez déjà la date de la prochaine édition le 7 février 2019.

L’EPFL INVESTOR DAY sera organisé pour la première fois le 20 novembre 2019. L’événement invite les investisseurs internationaux à venir découvrir et rencontrer les start-ups de notre écosystème. Pour toute question: investorday@epfl.ch.

Entrepreneurship events

Startup Champion sont des conférences qui invitent des entrepreneurs et des fondateurs d’entreprises à partager leur expérience avec le grand public.

L’EPFL participe à la Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) et organise l’événement « Parcours d’entrepreneurs » le lundi 12 novembre 2018. Rejoignez-nous!

Networking and social events

Les conférences Pizzas&Start-up donnent la parole à 4 jeunes entreprises innovantes issues de l’EPFL ou installées à l’EPFL Innovation Park. Chacune d’elle présente ses activités à la communauté de l’Innovation Park, du campus et toute personne intéressée.

Les Weekly Happy Hour sont les événements de « networking » organisés tous les mardis de 17h30 à 18h30 à l’EPFL Innovation Park. Toute personnes intéressée à réseauter avec la communauté du Park est invitée à nous rejoindre. Les entreprises qui souhaitent sponsoriser l’événement sont les bienvenues!

Applied Machine Learning Days 2019

The Applied Machine Learning Days will take place from January 26th to 29th, 2019, at the Swiss Tech Convention Center on EPFL campus. It is now the largest and best-known Machine Learning event in Switzerland, and increasingly recognized as a major event in Europe. The event has a focus specifically on the applications of machine learning and AI, making it particularly interesting to industry and academia.

Saturday & Sunday will be ‘hands-on’ with more than 25 workshops, tutorials, trainings, coding classes and hackathons. The main conference will take place on Monday and Tuesday, with a program featuring amazing speakers, 16 domain-specific tracks (parallel session), poster sessions, a job fair and a special night with Garry Kasparov.

FORWARD, the innovation forum for SMEs.

7th of February from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Swiss Tech Convention Center, EPFL
 
For its 2nd edition, FORWARD - the Innovation Forum for SMEs - will be back at the SwissTech Convention Center on February 7, 2019. With nearly 1’000 participants during the first edition and simultaneous French-German translation, this event intends to be the national meeting point for SME innovation projects. 
 
This is an ideal opportunity for the EPFL community to interact with SMEs and better understand their goals and challenges in terms of innovation. Emphasis will be placed on experience sharing and the initiation of collaborative innovation opportunities.
 
In this year’s edition dedicated to the theme "Digital shift: getting organized to innovate" you will participate in a variety of activities such as inspiring conferences, thematic sessions to further develop the topics and a networking platform.
